The Savannah Police Department participates in the Federal Government’s 1033 Law Enforcement Support Office Program in which we can requisition certain items of military surplus property for police department use.
The Savannah Police Department complies with all LESO rules and regulations, including but certainly not limited to Presidential Executive Order (EO) 14074 “Advancing Effective, Accountable Policing and Criminal Justice Practices to Enhance Public Trust and Public Safety”.
The Savannah Police Department may requisition controlled-access items from the below list only.
