Sealed proposals for a Natural Gas Leakage Survey will include a natural gas leakage survey on thirty-five percent of the entire gas system including the business district and public buildings. Savannah Utility Department is a municipally owned gas system located in Savannah, Tennessee. The gas distribution system consists of 296 miles of main line and approximately 7,503 service lines. A final report will be required as detailed in the RFP. This project is in Hardin County, Tennessee.
The Savannah Utility Department will receive proposals at 140 Main Street, Savannah, TN 38372 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS AND TO WAIVE TECHNICALITIES IS RESERVED BY THE OWNER.
Any proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals will be returned to the proposer unopened. Proposals will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening proposals.
