CITY OF SAVANNAH
FIRE FIGHTER

The City of Savannah is now accepting applications from motivated individuals for the position of FIRE FIGHTER. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package that includes paid health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(a) retirement and paid holidays. Beginning base salary $35,613.69. Job requirements include entry level firefighting and assigned duties as listed on the Job Description and Essential Functions Form. Interested applicants must complete and submit an Application for Employment utilizing forms furnished by the City Human Resources Office. Forms are available at Savannah City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except Holidays. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
