Savannah Utility Department, Savannah, Tennessee (Owner)
Unit price sealed bids for the Pickwick Regulator Station Upgrade will include the furnishing and installation of a regulator station and demolition of an existing station, existing metal building and slab repairs, tie-ins, pressure testing, erosion control and other appurtenances as set out in plans and specifications. This project is located in Hardin County.
The Savannah Utility Department will receive bids at 140 Main Street, Savannah, TN 38372 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, January 28, 2021, and then at said location publicly open and read aloud.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND TO WAIVE TECHNICALITIES IS RESERVED BY THE OWNER. ALL BIDDER’S MUST BE CONTRACTORS LICENSED IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE.
Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope contains the license number, the date of the license’s expiration, and that part of his classification applying to the bid. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening bids.
